Senior Management

This 8-month package is for leaders in roles from Manager to Senior Director to: create an inspired culture in their part of the organization; positively enhance the culture of the overall organization; and engage effectively with their direct reports, peers, boss and internal and external customers.

  • Partner monthly with a coach for 8 months to tackle challenges, set goals, and start seeing big results. The 8-month length of the
    coaching engagement allows development, application and practice time between sessions

Executive Management

This package is for leaders in roles from Senior Director to C-Level executives seeking professional development through a strategic
coaching relationship. This 12-month package includes:

  • Partner with a coach to tackle challenges, set goals, and start seeing big results. Twelve months of focused coaching to develop
    competencies in 3-5 key areas
  • (1) 90-minute intensive in-take interview, with written evaluation of your current situation, desired change, and short-term
    and long-term goals
  • Monthly 60-min sessions on goals, strategies, success factors, and accountability over a 12-month period
  • The Leadership Circle Profile™ 360 Assessment & Report (access to online assessment to be completed by you and your
    selected participants)
  • Leadership Circle Assessment Results Debrief (90 mins)

Coach-Tailored Packages

Frequently, our coaches develop customized programs that highlight their own specific skill sets and experience to maximize their benefit to our clients. The make-up of these packages can be very different that the standardized services listed on this page, providing clients additional tailored options.
