Who We Are

Coaching 4 Good was founded on a simple but deeply held belief:

Life is short, and people have more power than they realize to shape how they live: the choices they make, the mindset they carry, the way they lead. With the right awareness, support, and courage, they can tap into far more of their own potential than they ever imagined.

And in a world that is changing rapidly, we believe courageous leaders of integrity are needed now more than ever. But meaningful change rarely happens alone. It takes awareness, courage, and the kind of support that helps people see clearly, move honestly, and lead with intention.

For more than fifteen years, we have partnered with leaders, teams, and organizations who are ready for that kind of growth. Not surface-level development or skill-building alone, but the kind of work that changes how leaders think, respond, and show up in both their work and their lives.

Over this time, we have worked with hundreds of leaders globally across industries and levels of leadership. Our coaches bring deep professional experience from careers in business, human resources, leadership, consulting, and organizational development before becoming coaches themselves. That real-world experience allows us to understand the complexity leaders are navigating, not just coach around it.

We are a collective of highly credentialed coaches, led by Michelle Poole, PCC united by a shared commitment to inside-out leadership development and the belief that when leaders grow internally, the impact ripples outward in ways that truly matter.
