Creating psychological safety is proven to be a top determinant of resilient teams. But how does a leader endeavor to create a supportive safe team environment while still getting the work done? In these hard times, individuals are faced with more uncertainty and hardship than ever before. In this free webinar, we look at the skill of compassion and care that leaders can inhabit to create stronger, more connected, better working teams.

We discuss ways to build a resilient mindset so that you can thrive in a COVID-19 world by exploring the following questions:

  • How can I lead with compassion?
  • How do I balance business priorities and the psychological and physical well-being of my team?
  • Who’s needs aren’t being addressed? Why?
  • What does intimacy and care look like in the workplace?
