I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs realize their full potential. Today, I realize my passion as a professional coach, working with Austin’s top entrepreneurs.
What makes me unique as a coach is my legacy as a community builder, my entrepreneurship experience and my innovative, creative approach to solving some of the most challenging problems that today’s entrepreneurs face.
As a community builder, I have participated in some of the most exciting developments in Austin’s entrepreneurship scene over the past 30 years. The culmination of my community-building experience was GoLab Austin, a coworking space designed to foster and grow Austin’s entrepreneurship scene hosting several thousand entrepreneurs and small business owners.
At GoLab, I hosted events for the community, offered mentorship to our start-up members, and facilitated more than one lucrative business venture from this coworkspace.
An Austin original, I founded FG SQUARED, one of Austin’s first digital agencies, in 1994. For over two decades, FG SQUARED served Fortune 500 clients globally with annual revenues over 5 Million and a staff size of 25. My leadership through difficult times like post 9/11 and the housing crisis of 2008 gave me the skills to navigate some of the biggest challenges any business can face.
At the heart of my approach is a belief that each individual is uniquely valuable and capable of achieving their goals with the right support. My passion for helping entrepreneurs navigate their challenges centers around convening people in a way that fosters shared experience and productive conversations.
