This program’s focus is on developing courage-building skills, and teaching individuals and teams how to move from reactive leadership to empowered leadership. While the focus is on leadership, everyone who influences or inspires others will benefit from this unique training opportunity.

What Our Participants are Saying:
“I loved this workshop! The homework and required reading was very manageable. Loved the short videos from Brene. My husband watched over my shoulder and immediately ordered the book! It was great having the interaction with my co-workers as I haven’t seen most of these people in months! The biggest thing I carry out of this…‘Clear is KIND, Unclear is UNKIND.’”
