ABOUT MICHELLE POOLE, PCC Coaching 4 Good Co-Founder, CEO, Leadership Coach & Facilitator

Michelle Poole. PCC is a seasoned leadership coach and facilitator with deep expertise in human behavior, organizational dynamics, and conscious leadership. Her approach blends grounded presence, compassionate insight, and powerful coaching frameworks to help leaders grow from the inside out.

 

Coaching 4 Good was born from a realization Michelle had after more than 15 years in global Human Resources, working across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Again and again, she saw the same pattern: leaders weren’t struggling because they lacked capability — they were struggling because they lacked support, self-awareness, courage, and the space to grow as humans, not just as performers.

Michelle’s own Co-Active coach training sparked a profound shift and clarified what organizations truly need: more humanity, more conscious leadership, and development experiences accessible to everyone.

Founded in 2014, Coaching 4 Good has evolved into a leadership development firm supporting hundreds of leaders through coaching, group experiences, assessments, workshops, and custom programs.
