Leadership Transformation
This 8-month package is for leaders in roles from Manager to Senior Director to: create an inspired culture in their part of the organization, positively enhance the culture of the overall organization, engage effectively with their direct reports, peers, boss and internal and external customers.
- Partner monthly with a coach for 8 months to tackle challenges, set goals, and start seeing big results. The 8-month length of the

Coach-Tailored Packages
Frequently, our coaches develop customized programs that highlight their own specific skill sets and experience to maximize their benefit to our clients. The make-up of these packages can be very different that the standardized services listed on this page, providing clients additional tailored options.
After selecting a coach from the list, clients can view that expert’s profile and review all of their offerings. Sessions and packages can be purchased at that time or a 1/2 hour free consultation can be scheduled.
