Liana’s Story

Liana Mackey has over 20 years of experience doing career coaching, leadership coaching, and organizational development. She has worked in talent management in a variety of industries including technology, oil, and healthcare. She has led teams as well as designed and led high potential programs for all organizational levels within Fortune 500 companies. Liana is an expert in talent management, succession management, career management, executive and leadership development, coaching, and personality assessments for both selection and development. Liana also spent a year as a counselor at a crisis counseling center working with families, individuals, and groups. Liana has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Sociology from Trinity University and a Master’s Degree in professional counseling from Texas State University. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. Liana’s sweet spot and biggest passion in work is helping to accelerate the development of high potential talent. Liana is able to give extremely helpful feedback and coaching so that people exponentially accelerate their career development under her counsel. Outside of work, Liana has two kids – a daughter and a son – as well as a dog, and she loves being their mom. She likes to take them on outdoor adventures and enjoy Austin with them.
